Communication
The Communication module enhances interaction between Customers and Car Owners/Agents, allowing them to discuss rental details, negotiate terms, and confirm bookings directly within the platform. Admins have control over enabling or disabling these features based on platform needs.
WhatsApp
- Enable/Disable WhatsApp: Admins can toggle the WhatsApp communication feature, allowing Customers to contact Car Owners/Agents via WhatsApp.
- Purpose: This feature provides a quick and convenient way for users to communicate outside the platform using their preferred messaging app.
- Functionality: When enabled, a WhatsApp button appears on the Vehicle Details page, allowing customers to start a chat with Car Owners/Agents directly in the WhatsApp app.
Live Chat
- Enable/Disable Live Chat: Admins can activate the Live Chat feature, facilitating real-time messaging between Customers and Car Owners/Agents on the platform.
- Purpose: Live Chat offers immediate communication, enhancing customer service and speeding up the booking process.
- Functionality: Customers and Car Owners/Agents can engage in instant messaging on the platform, with options for sending attachments, audio messages, and using emojis for a more interactive experience. Admins can customize chat settings, including file type and size restrictions.
